6. *When the Eagle Grows Old,*
His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die.
ஓரு கழுகு வயதாகியதும், அதன் இறக்கை பலவீனமாகி, அது பறக்க வேண்டிய வேகத்தில் பறக்க ஒத்துழைக்காது. அது சாகும் அளவிற்கு பலவீனப்பட்டு உள்ளதாக உணரும்.
So he retires to a place far away in the mountains.
உடனே மலையிலிருந்து நீண்ட தூரத்திற்கு ஓய்விற்காகச் சென்றுவிடும்.
While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process.
அங்கிருந்து, தன் உடலிலுள்ள அத்தனை இறகுகளையும் மொட்டையாக வரும்வரை நீக்கிவிடும். அது ரத்தமும் வலியும் நிறைந்த வேதனை நிறைந்த ஒரு நிகழ்வு.
Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.
அந்த மறைவான இடத்தில் புது இறகுகள் முளைக்கும் வரை தங்கியிருந்து, பின் வெளியே வரும். புதிய நகங்கள், அலகுகள் கொண்டு மீண்டும் உயர பறக்க தயாராக வந்துவிடும்.
When the female is ready to lay eggs, they both will select a place high in the mountains, where other birds easily can't reach.
முட்டையிடத் தயாரானதும், ஆணும் பெண்ணும் மலையின் உச்சியிலுள்ள, ஏனைய உயிரிணங்கள் இலகுவில் வந்தடைய முடியாத இடத்தினைத் தேர்வு செய்யும்.
Male will start building a nest with thorns.
ஆண் முட்களைக் கொண்டு வந்து பாறைப் பிளவில் கூட்டினை அமைக்க ஆரம்பிக்கும்.
Then it will place thorns in the crevices and build the nest. Then it will place sticks over it and again tie it with thorns.
அதன் பின் குச்சிகளையும், அதன் மேல் முட்களையும் வைத்துக் கட்டும்.
Then it will spread the soft soft grass blades on them and complete the first stage of its nest.
அதன்மேல் மிருதுவான புற்களை அடுக்கி முதலாவது அடுக்கினை முடிக்கும்.
Then again it will spread thorns, then grass blades and then its feathers and complete its nest.
அதன் பின் முட்களைப் பரப்பி, அதன் மேல் புற்களைப் பரப்பும். அதற்கு மேலாக தன் இறகுகளைப் பரப்பி, கூட்டினைக் கட்டி முடித்துவிடும்.
The thorns outside the nest will prevent anything entering the nest.
கூட்டின் வெளியேயுள்ள முட்கள் வெளியேயிருந்து எதுவும் கூட்டிற்குள் வருவதைத் தடுக்கும்.
The femaile will lay eggs and protect them. while the male will go hunting for food.
பெண் கழுகு முட்டையிட்டு பாதுகாக்க, ஆண் கழுகு இரையை வேட்டையாடும்.
To train the young ones, the female will leave them outside the nest.
குச்சுகளைப் பயிற்றுவிக்க பெண் கழுகு அவற்றை கூட்டிற்கு வெளியே எடுத்துவிடும்.
But they will return to the nest due to fear.
பயந்த குஞ்சுகள் கூட்டிற்குள் தாவி வந்துவிடும்.
After leaving the young ones outside the nest, the mother will remove the feather from the nest. Only rhe thorns will remain.
ஆகவே, குஞ்சுகளை கூட்டிற்கு வெளியே எடுத்துவிட்டதும், கூட்டிலுள்ள இறகுகளை வெளியேற்றி முட்களுடன் கூட்டை விட்டுவிடும்.
When the young ones return to the nest in fear, the thorns will prick them.
பயந்த குஞ்சுகள் மீண்டும் கூட்டிலுள் தாவியதும், அங்குள்ள முட்கள் அவற்றைக் குத்திவிடும்.
Due to this the chicks will start to go out of the nest.
இதனால் குஞ்சுகள் கூட்டைவிட்டு வெளியேறும்.
Next, the mother eagle will push down the chicks from the nest.
அடுத்து, மலை உச்சியிலிருந்து குஞ்சுகளை தாய்க் கழுகு கீழே தள்ளிவிடும்.
The chick will scream in fear. But before they fall to the ground, the male will catch it and then carry on its back and bring it back.
பயத்தால் அவை கீச்சிட்டு, கீழே விழுமுன் ஆண் கழுகு அவற்றைப் பிடித்து தன் மேல் வைத்துக் கொண்டு மலை உச்சிற்கு கொண்டு வரும்.
This will continue until the chick learns to use its wings.
குச்சுகள் இறக்கை அடிக்கத் தொடங்கும் வரை, இவ்வாறு நடைபெறும்.
The family will succeed due to team work.
குடும்பம் இருவரின் பங்குபற்றலாலும் வெற்றி பெறும்.
The period when the thorns pricks, is the period without experience, without much talent. A period of comfort filled with ignorance.
முட்கள் குத்தும் போது, வாழ்வு அனுபவப்படாமல், முன்னேறாமல், கற்றுக் கொள்ளாமல் அதிக வசதியாக இடத்தில் இருப்பதை உணர்த்துகின்றது.

This depicts that we need thorns in our lives. And we should come out of the comfort zone and start our life.
வாழ்விலுள்ள முட்கள் வளர வேண்டும், கூட்டை விட்டு வெளியேறி வாழ வேண்டும் என்பதை கற்பிக்கின்றன.
People who truly love you, will not allow you to become lazy and thereby restrict your life.
உன்னை நேசிப்பவர்கள் உன்னை சோம்பலினால் நலிவுற விடமாட்டார்கள்.
Though their actions seem to be unwanted ones, they push us into difficult paths to bring prosperity and growth to us.
அவர்களின் செயல் கூடாத செயலாகத் தெரிந்தாலும் நம் வளர்ச்சி, செழிப்பு எனும் நன்மைக்காளுக்காக அவர்கள் நம்மை கடினமான பாதையில் தள்ளுவார்கள்!
