I AM INDEBTED TO DR Rajkumar  says Venkatachalam Salem [THIS IS A DUPLICATE AND IMPROVED VERSION] . In 2010, I was running an English training institute at Salem Four Roads (Muniappan Temple near). My English institute was in a complex with about 5 rooms. An electrical shop, medical shop and three doctors were also there. My room was at the last. Dr. Rajkumar, an Ortho Specialist and his wife Dr. Niraimathi were also practising in the same complex in adjacent rooms. Dr. Rajkumar was a friend of my younger cousin, Dr. Premnath. I just used to visit him once a while and give my institute notices. I used to be flattered by his sweet nature and down to the earth approach.  Even his wife, Dr. Niraimathi, a skin specialist used to chat with me once a while. She had lot of interest in the Tamil language. Of course, as you may have noticed, her name is a pure Tamil word, meaning "FULL MO
